I’ve regularly wanted to open my own restaurant, and for ten years I worked undoubtedly hard to save up money, have good credit plus get a large loan through my local bank.
I come from a small town plus there is only one other restaurant.
I wanted to create a restaurant that is totally different than what is already offered in our town. I have ate at this restaurant ever since I was a little girl so I know what this restaurant is lacking. One of the crucial things that this restaurant has lacked in in the numerous years of it being open is the Heating plus Air Conditioning system. There has been so numerous times where I’ve come inside of the restaurant cold because of it’s chilly outside plus it feels like the heat isn’t even on. Same thing goes when it’s undoubtedly hot outside, I willcome into the restaurant plus i’m still covered in sweat, laying down eating my food because the a/c doesn’t even feel like it’s on, when I open my own place I am going to make sure that the temperature in my restaurant is just right. I want to install a smart temperature control so I can regularly control it when I am not in the restaurant. I am not trying to take away sales from them but I want to show that the restaurant that I’m opening is new, plus can deliver just as much comfortability plus good food plus doesn’t have to be in the community as long as the other restaurant to survive.
