My mom didn’t have to ask me twice to help plan a surprise party to welcome the current addition to our growing family… They arrived about an hour late, however my pal and I didn’t mind playing a few rounds of pictionary as my pal and I waited. My brother-in-law was very apologetic as he explained that he got a last-minute call at toil that he just couldn’t ignore, he was an established Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist, & one of his elderly buyers had an issue with his home’s heating equipment. His Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman was away at another job, so he had to step in & help… What was supposed to be a simple boiler maintenance turned into an unexpected heat pump upgrade. Turned out the purchaser had electric heating system & had skipped three tied up boiler maintenance sessions. There was an upper-level surge earlier in the morning, which affected the electric heat pump. My in-law had to dismantle & reappoint the electric Heating, Ventilation & A/C with the help of a heating specialist, a task that took a few hours. He started a casual chat with the purchaser to share some energy-saving tips & mentioned that installing a HEPA filter & wireless control component would make the boiler more efficient & make his life easier, and since it was getting late, he provided to check out some Heating, Ventilation & A/C products for sale in the local store & return the next morning to connect everything, then i’ve toyed with the idea of such a control component for a while, & I think I now have the perfect person for the job.
