Staying at a farm with a cozy fireplace while my pal and I convert our van

My lady and I went to meet this girl who knows a lot about converting vans into comfortable living spaces, however we were a bit lost on what to buy and what to look for, so my pal and I thought it would be a great idea to seek her advice.

We met at the beach and showed him the vans we’ve been looking at so far! She wasn’t convinced by any of them; either they had too much mileage, were too old, or were too luxurious. She also mentioned that with summer time approaching, it’s not the best time of the year to buy a van and that it would be difficult to find a reliable, great quality van with a functioning heating and cooling system that would fit our budget, but so she proposed my pal and I go traveling this summer time around the continent and look at vans in other countries where there is a better market. We can travel around in trains with a/c and do voluntary toil in exchange for food and shelter, then this provided us something to know about. She then proposed my pal and I go and have a carona with some friends at the local corporation near where she works. She told us that she was truly into mechanics and DIY and that my pal and I could stay and convert our van on her farm. She told us she has running water, electricity, and a nice fireplace there to keep us moderate during the winter. She said she could even help us with the conversion if she wasn’t too busy working for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer. My lady and I were over the moon with this offer!
