We had a super bad thunder and lightning storm the other evening and in this storm a large bolt of lightning struck my central heating and a/c unit; and as a result my central heating and a/c unit was completely destroyed! The only really great thing about this is the fact that I had a heating and cooling protection and repair plan with my local heating, ventilation, and A/C dealer… Because of having the heating and cooling repair and protection plan with my local heating, ventilation, and A/C supplier I was able to get my heat and a/c unit replaced for no cost whatsoever other than the upgrade charges… So this was another major life saver.
This is why it is pressing to have a heating, ventilation, and A/C protection plan for your central heating and a/c unit. If you have one available at your local heating, ventilation, and A/C supplier by all means take it and pay for it. It may seem like a waste of cash at first like it did for me… However when this storm completely killed my central heating and a/c unit it saved me thousands of dollars on having to invest into a brand new and completely up-to-date central heating and a/c unit. So now I am blissful that I kept the heating, ventilation, and A/C repair and protection plan instead of canceling it all together as I nearly did at the beginning of this unquestionably year!
