I don’t remember ever worrying about my safety in this town until the last five or six years.
But then again, I’ve been on this street for going on 40 years.
I’m already almost 15 years into the second set of residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C in this arena. So, maybe it’s just that I’m getting older and need to replace my perspective. That’s absolutely a distinct opening. There is no disputing that since my friend and I first purchased this condo our sleepy little hamlet has grown; Our condo came complete with everything from a deck to modern Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device and a freshly sodded yard. When my friend and I first came to town, this was the modern town and natives of this region weren’t happy with the modern comers. I sort of get where they were coming from now. This Summer, I will once again appreciate the terrific cooling I get from the a/c. And I have made sure that my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device will continue to give that a/c. For sure sure, the a/c tune up has been completed already. But I’m talking about a much more existential component of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. I’ve had to cage the heating and cooling device alongside by house. That’s right, I have put a specially designed cage over the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C chaletet alongside my home. And I’ve then bolted it down to the concrete slab underneath. This is obviously what it takes these days to keep desperate burglars from cutting apart the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component outside. It’s not the residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C components their after at all. They just want to get their hands on the copper fittings inside. It’s sort of crazy but that’s where my friend and I are now.
