The idea was to buy this house, update the heating & cooling equipment, expand the family room some & then put a sizable deck on the back of the house… From there, my friend and I were thinking that we’d live happily ever after right here, but and for the most part that has been true… It’s a good condo in a good location, but the school district is the best in city & it’s not too far from where both my partner & I spend our mornings inside our respective commercial Heating & Air Conditioning! My associate and I have loved the central a/c & the family room turned out to be even better than my friend and I had hoped.
The sizable deck on the back of the condo has consistently been my number one aspect of our home; But that’s no longer the case.
My associate and I just added an entire master suite onto the house. The kids all have a home office however that left no guest space or any spare room. The idea of selling just to have more space made zero sense to us, then so my friend and I chose to invest in the value of our house by putting on this addition. My associate and I lucked out again because the finished product is awesome. There’s even a current residential Heating & Air Conditioning source in our house now, but just adding ductwork to the existing residential Heating & Air Conditioning system wouldn’t work. The addition of the current space was too much air volume for our current Heating & Air Conditioning device to handle. So my friend and I have an awesome ductless heat pump in the room. I just can’t guess that this small piece of Heating & Air Conditioning technology can produce the kind of quality heating & air that my friend and I are lucky to cherish in our current master home office.
