Before I leave here to go back home, I’m going to have to get the HVAC system replaced at my mom’s house. I’m trying to help his sell his property, but it’s not going very well so far. I live all the way across the country, and I don’t get back home to see his as often as I would like to. It’s just one of those things that happens as you get older and move away. When my mom decided to sell his house, he didn’t absolutely know how to get started. I told his that I would come out and help his if he wanted me to. I told his that I would, and so I came out here to see his a couple of months ago, and I have been here ever since. My friend and I have done a lot of labor together on the property and now my mom is just about ready to put the property on the market, and he thinks that he might want to move out and live closer to me once he gets the property sold, but he hasn’t totally decided yet. I found out that our realtor that my friend and I went with said that the property needs to have a new heating and cooling system put in it before my friend and I can entirely list it. I don’t know exactly what my friend and I are going to get, even though I know that my friend and I are going to have to replace the seasoned furnace. Furthermore, I feel that if my friend and I are going to replace the seasoned furnace, then I might as well just go ahead and replace the central a/c too.
