When you leave things, a apartment tends to deteriorate. I warned the girl that her air conditioner wasn’t up to snuff, but the girl refused to call a cooling specialist, then so mold formed on the walls and created stains. I was always fighting bugs in the house! She also wouldn’t service anything like the stove, dryer or the dishwater. So the stove only has one working burner, the dryer frequently falls apart and the dishwasher leaks and is ruining the tile floor. The worst was when I called the girl about her roof. I noticed that every time it rained the hallway had water come down. I saw bubbles forming on the ceiling and it left a warped look. It looked like you could poke the drywall and it would come down. I even e-mailed pictures to the guy, nope, she didn’t call a professional roofing company about it. When I first noticed it, there was a single spot. She could have gotten away with a quick roofing repair. It then graduated into a big roofing repair. I have since left that rental home and I frequently guess about it. How long can a roof go with water leaking into it? I would guess the entire framework would be rotted in a matter of years. That girl is single handedly ruining her investment but letting it stay harmd; A little repair could entirely go a long way into making her home better.
