I drove a car that had lots of concerns instead of buying something brand new. I absolutely wanted to buy a restaurant and be my own chef, and when I made the dream come true, my parents were honestly proud of me, and after I purchased the restaurant, I purchased my first home and then my associate and I purchased a up-to-date car. I didn’t splurge, because I knew that I had to put a lot of money back into the restaurant, however I got a small three study room home a few miles away from the restaurant and a four-door sedan with superb gas mileage. I purchased my second restaurant when I was 30 years old. The second restaurant location is in a odd city. My executive chef wanted to open a restaurant and the two of us decided to go 50/50 on a up-to-date site. My buddy and I had to spend a lot of money to get the second restaurant location up and running. After my associate and I purchased the site, my associate and I found out that the sewer lines needed to be cleaned and cleared. It looked like the previous owner was dumping garbage and grease into the sewer. The toilets would not flush and the plumbing company told us it was going to take a sewer expert to get rid of all the debris. It cost the two of us nearly $5,000 to get the sewer line labor done, but it’s a job my associate and I will only have to do once.
