I’ve been trying to get out hiking a lot more in the last few months.
I had to stop when I took a up-to-date job that was consuming all of my time. And I was fortunate if I could get outside of my apartment for a walk a few times on my way apartment from the office. Now that I toil remotely, I have a lot more freedom in my life. I can get my toil done in the hours when it’s most convenient for me. And that means I can set aside time to go hiking in the afternoon hours on random mornings throughout the week. It’s a lot more fulfilling to me this way compared to my old life and my old job, but recently I found a up-to-date park in my county that I wasn’t even aware of in the last 20 years I have been residing here. It has miles of hiking trails and it’s not even frequented that often by locals. That means you can go and enjoy nature without much disturbance from other people. Recently I got a chance to head out to that park for a few hours while I got my up-to-date air conditioning installed. I left the Heating & A/C workers at my apartment to do the upgrade toil while I was busy hiking in the woods. It was a actually nice way to spend the afternoon while I got my up-to-date air conditioning installed. And the two Heating & A/C professionals did a actually great job. I got a great deal on the air conditioning, and I also got a discount on a yearly maintenance contract. My air conditioning is installed and ready to go for years to come. I’m also glad it has a 10 year manufacturer warranty on it.
