Understanding an HVAC warranty contract

I have our system service done every year, however the heating and A/C worker comes to the house and services the cooling system in the Spring and the gas furnace in the fall, as I didn’t want to take any chances of having a breakdown.

It wasn’t until the two of us had a current heating and A/C system and they gave us a service and service plan.

I couldn’t possibly guess how much money the two of us wasted having the service done every year. The multiple-year service and service proposal cost us less than the two of us paid for a single service. I also requested that the heating and A/C worker why they hadn’t gave us a service proposal before, but he said he sold them when the owners bought a current heating and A/C system, but he didn’t guess why the other heating and A/C worker hadn’t gave it to us when he was doing repairs. The monthly service proposal covered all repairs that needed done when they performed the service. I couldn’t guess how cheap the service proposal was, and yet how several perks it brought with it, and both of us could also get put at the top of the service list in the Spring and fall. If there was a self-explanatory repair, the heating and A/C worker did it for free, but the two of us had to pay for the parts needed. It didn’t matter what exclusions were in the service agreements, the two of us were saving money, and I never wanted to go separate from one. I now tell all of our friends how crucial it is to have a service and service plan. Both of us also tell them that if the heating and A/C supplier doesn’t offer a service plan, you and I need to ask about one.
