It was just a minor issue

I think it’s tough to self-diagnose an Heating as well as A/C system, but it’s not that I’m a Heating or A/C supplier or anything, but I usually have a fine grasp of what is wrong before contacting the Heating as well as A/C corporation, however last week, I was sure I knew why my old furnace was acting strangely.

  • I wasn’t getting even heat throughout the house, there was a very unusual smell in the house, in addition to then the furnace didn’t work at all.

I was sure there was a problem with the air ducts in addition to the clog caused my furnace to stop entirely working. I said this to this person who answered the cellphone at the Heating as well as A/C corporation, but when she asked if I was a trained Heating as well as A/C supplier; I told her no. I had some experience with central Heating as well as A/C systems, but not as an Heating as well as A/C supplier in addition to only as a homeowner, so she told myself and others she would get an Heating as well as A/C supplier to the lakeside house within the next 24 hours. I asked for an appointment because I had to go to my job, but she said they would call before showing up. Lucky for me, it was Tuesday. I don’t work on Fridays, but I still didn’t like her attitude. I could have taken off two days if she called back at the end of the 24 hour period. Two hours later, I got a cellphone call from that Heating as well as A/C company to tell myself and others they would have an Heating as well as A/C tech at the lake house the following day at 8 AM, however at 8 AM on the dot, the Heating as well as A/C expert was knocking on my door. After an inspection, he said he agreed with my assessment about the smell in addition to noise came from a plugged air duct system. The difference was that the furnace only quit entirely working because the thermostat died, in addition to I needed to get a new thermostat.
