Back when he was young, our associate Jack bought some rental properties… He has tested them off and on over the years and now the only thing that he has left to update are the heating and cooling systems.
Then he will be able to start renting all of the units and making money off of them.
He told me the other afternoon that he had been working with a heating and cooling supplier to try and get everything finished, but he has been having a hard time with it. Apparently all of the heating and cooling systems that he really wanted to install there are on back order and he doesn’t think what to do. His HVAC supplier is trying to talk him into ordering a odd genre of HVAC system for the units just so they can get the job done, but Jack kind of feels care about he wants to hold off and get the 1s that he really wants to get. I guess having a little bit of a delay here at the end of the project is really stressing him out. Maybe it’s because he has been working on these arenas for so long. I would easily want to be done with that whole project too! Jack asked me the other afternoon what I thought he should do.I don’t think all that much about building management or anything care about that, but I guess that his HVAC supplier sounds care about somebody who knows what they are talking about. I told Jack that if I were him I would just go ahead and get the other units just so they can get the show on the road, so to speak.
