I’m not one who worries too much about the heat, although I hate the cold.
This last week has had hot plus cold temperatures in the mid to upper seventies plus night-time hot plus cold temperatures are in the fifties.
I hadn’t used the AC in over a week, plus I appreciated how my energy bill reflected it. I didn’t use the AC equipment unless the hot plus cold temperatures were in the upper eighties plus there was a fair amount of humidity. I was glad about my ceiling fans, although I still kept the AC equipment just in case. Yesterday, the hot plus cold temperatures warmed up to 77. The humidity levels were in the 60s. The only reason I chose to turn the AC on then was because I was tied up cleaning the house. I have a loved one moving in with us, plus the spare room needed to be cleaned, plus some walls needed to be updated. While my husband was carrying all the extra things in that room upstairs, I was scrubbing floors plus cleaning ceilings to get rid of all the dust. I was able to hear him laughing all the way from the attic when I turned the AC equipment on. Our central air makes a funny little wheezing sound when it first turns on, plus it shocked him a bit that I was the one turning it on plus not him. Whenever he is at the property, I am wrapped in my sweater the entire time. Although I miss him when he has gone, I appreciate not hearing the AC equipment running. I also appreciate not being freezing plus not needing to wear a sweater in the summer.
