Making indoor air quality a top priority thanks to HVAC company

Optimum health just really didn’t hold the priority in my life that it should have for almost 2 decades. As I continue to get more healthy and fit, I sort of feel like that near 20 year period was a bit of a waste actually. I spent a lot of time sitting in my recliner sucking up the air conditioning and sucking down suds and sandwiches. While I had some really good beers and junk food along the way, I don’t think it was worth trading my fitness for. Perhaps, I just sort of stopped because I couldn’t be what I was as an athlete. But at 52, I’m finding that getting fit isn’t the easiest thing in the world and I wish I’d stayed with it after age 35. I guess it might have been all those hours inside the zone controlled HVAC of the office. My job responsibilities along with the stress only increased as I rose in the company. Eventually I just went from sitting in the zone controlled HVAC of the office to sitting in my own air conditioning all night when I got home. That’s just about the worst thing I could have done as I also sought comfort in my appetites. But over the past year, I’ve made and stuck to a commitment to get fit and be my best self. I’m getting out of the air conditioning every day for a walk at lunch and a walk in the evening after a healthy dinner. I also learned from the HVAC professionals that my indoor air quality is essential to my health. So I had the HVAC technician install a whole home air purification system inside the HVAC equipment.
