Finishing off the basement plus adding a ductless heat pump would help.
I’m ecstatic that both of us have been able to get through the worst of the pandemic plus still keep our home. That’s a big win as far as I’m sad. There was a time there that keeping our current home was not a sure thing. At the start of the pandemic, my husband plus I both got sent beach house from the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of our respective offices. Initially, I thought both of us might be out a month or 2. But surely, once the heat plus humidity of summer time came, the virus would be on the ropes. Well apparently, that didn’t happen at all. The two of us didn’t end up back in that zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C for more than a year later. That first summer time of the pandemic was absolutely tough. Not only were both of us cooped up inside the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C cooling of the current home trying to labor from home. The two of us were both dealing with big pay cuts. The fact was that both of us were making more than 40 percent less. And that meant that both of us were barely able to pay our bills. Perhaps both of us overspent on our home. But both of us appreciated it plus wanted to live here in the worst way. So both of us decided that we’d do what both of us had to do to keep our home. Finishing off the basement plus adding a ductless heat pump would help. This would then be suitable for a superb current home for a renter. And it would mean having some mortgage insurance for us. The two of us did just that plus were so impressed by the quality heating plus air that comes with the ductless heat pump.
