I was forced to install a central air conditioner.
I had been having issues with my old central air conditioner, and I was told that the only way to have a working air conditioner ever again was to have a brand new central air conditioner installed in my home.
It was one of the most expensive things that I have had to do in a very long time. I was not ready for it to say the least. I wish that I would have gotten a second opinion though. The HVAC company that I hired to install my new air conditioner is known for ripping people off. I obviously did not know that at the time. I was told that the company was a reliable HVAC company, but I was told that by one of their employees. I had someone over to my house a few days ago, and he is a retired HVAC technician. I told him the story of what went on with my central air conditioning system, and he told me that there was no way that I needed a brand new central air conditioner. He said that he wish he would have known because he could have fixed my old central air conditioner for little money. I was so disappointed when I heard that. The HVAC company that installed my central air conditioner has at least one terrible review now. I was basically forced to get a new central air conditioner installed in my home, and my budget is not happy about it. I wish I would have known the guy that came to my house a few nights ago when I needed my air conditioner fixed.
