I am considering building a home.
I already own a house, but quite frankly it does not suit our needs 100%.
I guess that when you buy a loft that has already been built, it does not honestly suit every purpose that you have or every aesthetic quality that you like. Building your own apartment is the way to go! I have put our apartment on the market plus I have started searching for a building company. One thing our brother proposed to me is something that I did not guess of. He proposed that I find an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C consultant or Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C engineer to help in the process of Designing the new house. He said that more than 2 Architects or designers tend to forget about the a/c plus oil furnace. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C becomes something that they just have to fit in. Periodically they do not account for HVAC duct at all, plus then you have to go back plus redo the greenprints. It is shocking, I know, But when I called our local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C business he did indeed admit that it is genuinely smart to consult with the heating plus cooling specialist before you absolutely start building a home, however did indeed say that some Builders do not consider the aesthetic or even the official spacing for good quality heating plus cooling systems! Rather, they build the loft the way they guess you should be plus then later just kind of stick in an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system anywhere where it fits. Periodically our brother gives me honestly good advice. Anyway, I am having our heating plus cooling guy toiling directly with our Builder to make sure that the greenprints / plans take into account the fact that I want Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C with zone control.
