All of us have one room in our lake house that never receives heat or air conditioner.
During the winter, no one wants to be in that room because it always feels love Winter while the rest of the lake house is comfortable.
Honestly, the only time the room is USAble is during the Springtime and fall. Not that both of us don’t have air vents in that room, however the Heating and A/C professional told us it is because the room is too far away from the central Heating and A/C system. By the time the heating or air conditioner can get into that room, all the heat and AC have gone into other rooms. When both of us bought the house, both of us did not realize that area of the lake house was an add-on. It had been constructed so well that it looked love it was all original house. The telltale sign was when the Heating and A/C never reached that area of the house. All of us called the Heating and A/C corporation, and they told us both of us could either put in a modern Heating and A/C plan just for that into the house, or put in a stronger Heating and A/C plan for the entire house. Neither one of those chances seemed workable. However, the more our partner and I discussed it, both of us knew both of us needed to do something for that area of the house. All of us had a ductless Heating and A/C plan installed just for that area of the house. It was nice being able to go back into that room and use our knitting equipment or our PC. It was the perfect home office for our oldest daughter. Now that it had heating and air conditioner, our kid even asked if she could make it her study room, since it had a private powder room.
