I knew that I wanted a fence installed around our property… I imagined a fence tall enough to create total privacy, but the fence would also add to aesthetics, security and value.
It would also allow myself and others to let the dog out without a leash; When I contacted a professional fencing supplier to handle the project, I had no system how numerous styles and types of fences were available. I needed to decide between vinyl, wood, chain link and wrought iron fencing. I originally was considering wood because it’s the most infancy option, however, wood doesn’t last forever and requires quite a bit of upkeel. I l earned that vinyl withstands the extreme weather in our area. It won’t rust, fade, rot or become faded or discolored. There is little to no maintenance involved. I don’t need to paint or varnish every year and scrub it by simply hosing it down, but once I determined that vinyl was the right material, I needed to determine the ideal height and style of fence! For the sake of privacy, I spent a little extra for an eight-foot tall fence with a slender pattern. This makes sure that the dog can’t escape between the slats and prevents other pets from gaining access. The fencing corporation commanded adding solar lights to the posts which help to illuminate the yard at night. I have planted shrubs and flowers along the bottom of the fence that look really nice, although the upgrade of the fence was a significant investment, I am totally glad with it. Having the fence improves our enjoyment of the property as well as the value.
