After nearly twenty years of having the exact same heated gas furnace in our house it was time to have the old thing replaced.
While it had done a great job in keeping my family and I warm and healthy throughout the years there were more and more problems popping up each year that we were no longer able to look past.
In our previous years we have had far from desirable experiences with HVAC companies in our area. Luckily for us however, the HVAC company that we went with to replace our furnace was extremely good at what they did. Our HVAC tech Stevie was such a talented HVAC tech that was equally as funny as he was hard working. I swear, if he wasn’t so good at his current job as an HVAC tech I would believe you if you told me he was a part time stand up comedian. Anyways, one of the things that we appreciated the most was that after we had the furnace replaced, Stevie came out two separate times over the next few weeks to make sure that everything was working as it should and to see if we had any questions for him. In my twenty five plus years of owning a home I have never had another company go that far to make sure that we were happy with what we paid for. I think it’s safe to say that my family has finally broken our losing streak picking terrible HVAC companies to work with, all thanks to Stevie and his wonderful HVAC company!
