Getting us all together again thanks to added Heating, Ventilation and A/C

My brother and I easily didn’t want the family lodge to be sold.

But the fact of the matter was that he and I were the only ones going up there.

When dad died, he made a special request that the people I was with and I keep the lodge in the family as he had when it was passed to him. That seemed like a request our brother and I could keep. It’s just that our families couldn’t be coaxed out of the heating and cooling comfort of apartment to go to the lodge. When our brother and I were little, dad would swoop us up and out of the a/c at apartment for long weekends at the lodge. I don’t know there was anything more fun and charming than those excursions. But that was well before the internet and all the other distractions our kids deal with. They’d rather stay inside the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cooling or the Heating, Ventilation and A/C heating playing online games than get back to nature in a funky, rustic lodge. Well, our brother and I decided that if the people I was with and I were going to keep the lodge, it would have to come with some upgrades. We started with adding some residential Heating, Ventilation and A/C. That worked out wonderful really. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional was able to put in the 3 ductless heat pumps in one day. We paid a premium for him to be up there but it was worth it. Along with some furnishing and family room upgrades, the current residential Heating, Ventilation and A/C has absolutely enticed our families to supply the lodge a try. It’s charming to have our 2 families enjoying a locale that meant so much to both of us. I’m sure this would also be making our dad easily happy.
