Caging the heating & cooling

I don’t remember ever worrying about my safety in this city until the last five or six years.

But then again, I’ve been on this street for going on 40 years.

I’m already almost 15 years into the second set of residential Heating & Air Conditioning in this site. So, maybe it’s just that I’m getting older & need to update my perspective. That’s really a distinct opening. There is no disputing that since my friend and I first bought this condo our weary little hamlet has grown! Our condo came complete with everything from a deck to current Heating & Air Conditioning device & a freshly sodded yard! When my friend and I first came to town, this was the current city & natives of this region weren’t cheerful with the current comers. I sort of get where they were coming from now. This Summer, I will once again cherish the terrific cooling I get from the a/c. And I have made sure that my Heating & Air Conditioning device will continue to deliver that a/c. For sure yes, the a/c tune up has been completed already. But I’m talking about a much more existential component of the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. I’ve had to cage the heating & cooling device alongside by house. That’s right, I have put a specially designed cage over the Heating & Air Conditioning cabinet alongside my home. And I’ve then bolted it down to the concrete slab underneath. This is obviously what it takes these mornings to keep desperate burglars from chopping apart the Heating & Air Conditioning machine outside. It’s not the residential Heating & Air Conditioning components their after at all. They just want to get their hands on the copper fittings inside. It’s sort of crazy however that’s where my friend and I are now.
