Adding more residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C

The idea was to buy this house, upgrade the heating and cooling equipment, expand the living room some and then put a sizable deck on the back of the house.

From there, my friend and I were thinking that we’d live happily ever after right here, but and for the most part that has been true, and it’s a great condo in a great location! The school district is the best in town and it’s not too far from where both my spouse and I spend our days inside our respective commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C; My friend and I have appreciated the central a/c and the living room turned out to be even better than my friend and I had hoped.

The sizable deck on the back of the condo has consistently been my favorite aspect of our home, however but that’s no longer the case. My friend and I just added an entire master suite onto the house. The kids all have a study room but that left no guest space or any spare room. The idea of selling just to have more space made zero sense to us. So my friend and I chose to invest in the value of our condo by putting on this addition. My friend and I lucked out again because the finished product is awesome. There’s even a modern residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C source in our condo now. Just adding ductwork to the existing residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system wouldn’t work. The addition of the modern space was too much air volume for our modern Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device to handle. So my friend and I have an awesome ductless heat pump in the room. I just can’t know that this small piece of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology can produce the kind of quality heating and air that my friend and I are lucky to appreciate in our modern master study room.
