We started off on the front porch and moved our way from the front to the back of the house, then the business was certainly slow and meticulous, then he evaluated every single part of the house, foundation, and the roof.
My husband and I inherited a piece of property from his aunt, no one was living on the property for a while and it was run down and deteriorating. My husband’s aunt was in a nursing home for 5 years. During that time, no one went to the property to keep up with the yard work or indoor chores. When my husband and I inherited the property, we drove up the coast to check out the site for the first time in 10 years or more. My husband had not been to the property since he was a little boy. We took a business with us so we could get an idea of the repairs that needed to be made. We honestly did not know if we were going to keep the property for ourselves or repair it up and sell it, and finding out what repairs needed to be made was our first step in making the decision. We started off on the front porch and moved our way from the front to the back of the house, then the business was certainly slow and meticulous, then he evaluated every single part of the house, foundation, and the roof. The business found an immense nest of honey bees buzzing under the back porch. The honey bees made a nest in the old boards that were sitting under the porch. The business told my husband and I that he has never seen so many honey bees in one site and I would agree. we had to contact a bee relocation repair to get rid of them.
