I remember the mornings when my dad would take me to the Regal Cinema, he’d buy me a tote of chips in addition to a big drink.
The Regal Cinema was constantly moderate so that was a challenge. I felt that the theater loved to keep the heater on which if they did, would be a bad experience for anyone. I would drink my Tim Hortons Coffee fast to stay cool however the lack of a/c made the movie experience not so good at times, besides that, id wear shorts in addition to a short sleeve shirt unless it was winter… Other than that the theater smelled like chips all the time. It didn’t bother me much then although I still feel these are good memories of my dad, but many years later I go to the Regal Cinema with my child in addition to the experience I share with my child is quite similar. I buy her chips in addition to a big drink in addition to my associate and I grab a seat closer to the middle. The difference that my child in addition to I have is that the Regal Cinemas my associate and I go to smell better in addition to they have an a/c that makes the theater experience more comfortable. The only thing my associate and I do that I didn’t do back in the day is wearing a blazer or pants. My child is prepared if she is cold however if she isn’t, then she would take her blazer off since she wears a light shirt underneath. I prefer that I can share this experience with her. One day, maybe she can share this with her children.
