We were at a bbq cookout the other week, then every year, they have a BBQ cook-off plus invite some of the best chefs in our area.
There are some brave apartment cooks who also bring their wares plus show off their talents, then my kid was an excellent cook, plus so was my son-in-law.
They got together plus entered the BBQ cook-off as a team… I asked how they were going to keep their food safe plus precook other items. My kid made a face plus told me she knew exactly what they had to do… She looked through her search plus found a local locale that had portable dining rooms for rent. She had a sizable BBQ grill, plus so did my son-in-law. They had everything they needed in the portable dining room, except the supplies. It took them a week to figure out what they were cooking, plus what they needed to make the BBQ’d meats plus the sides. They also had disposable tasting plates, spoons, knives, plus forks. They pulled their portable dining room into the fairgrounds the afternoon before the cook-off began plus set everything up that was needed. They were going to get the required menu at 6PM that night. It was a mad dash for some cooks, to make sure they had everything they needed. My guys had everything in locale. They had their portable dining room that was fully stocked, plus an RV, so they could camp out plus get up early the next afternoon to cook, one item on their menu had to be slow cooked all night long.
