Currently, I live in a rented townhouse, although I do own a home.
It is a great 1 eighth drive away from our office, so I do not live there.
Instead, I use it as a rental. I have had the same family renting our little house for about more than two or 4 years now, so everything is laboring out well. I do prefer our little house, and I am looking forward to moving back into it when I retire! Before I transfer back in, though, I am considering looking for a current Heating and A/C plan for it. My cabin is a historic cabin and it is in the historic district of a little neighborhood in our state; Right now, it has a central heating and cooling plan with lots of HVAC duct running everywhere. The vast majority of the HVAC duct is running under the house in the crawl space. I am not recognizably glad with having HVAC duct in the crawl space because over the years I have had wild animals and feral cats get under the house and destroy our HVAC duct more than one time. Even though I hired a handyman to close up the spaces where the animals were getting into the crawl space, you know over time those things kind of wear out and those little determined Critters find a way to get under there. Because the HVAC duct is our major concern, I am considering going with a ductless heating and cooling system. There are a few ductless options available, although I am also considering a high-velocity Heating and A/C system. The high velocity Heating and A/C systems have HVAC duct, but they have entirely small duct labor that can fit behind walls and stuff. It may not be necessary for myself and others to have our ducts underneath the house. I will soon be calling in an Heating and A/C consultant to see what he recommends.
