My wife and I would never have to pay for a roof installation as long as we lived in the house
When my wife and I started to look for a bigger house for our family, we had a lot of houses to view. We were in a small three bedroom with one bathroom and we decided to upgrade to a four bedroom with multiple bathrooms. The realtor showed us at least a dozen different houses every weekend for 3 months before my wife and I were completely exhausted by the process. We were growing tired of looking at houses and we honestly didn’t see anything that was more than just okay. Then on a saturday, the realtor showed us the perfect house for our family. The place needed a little bit of tender loving care, but I was really excited about the new construction roof on the house. The new roof looked great and it still had a 20-year warranty. My wife and I were not excited about some of the electrical work that needed to be done inside of the house, but a new roof was an expensive upgrade and it was already completed. My wife and I would never have to pay for a roof installation as long as we lived in the house. When we sat down at the end of the day to look at all of the pictures of the houses that we viewed, the house with a brand new roof stuck out in our mind. We made an offer on the house and it was accepted less than 24 hours later. The owner of the place was motivated to sell and even took $10,000 below the asking price.
