I woke up this morning, and I could smell the stink of fuel in the house… The first thing I thought was that fuel was leaking from our gas tank, in addition to that I had to turn the oil furnace off before it caught fire.
I walked outside, in addition to the stink being just as bad; now, I was wondering if I had fuel delivered in addition to the spilled fuel on the ground.
I called the gas contractor in addition to asking if they had delivered fuel to the house. They said no in addition to asking what was going on. I told them about the stink of fuel, however she told myself and others to call the heating, ventilation, in addition to the A/C dealer. She thought there could be something wrong with the fuel nozzle, even though I should turn on anything in the basement or in the house. She also proposed I leave in case there is a misfire in addition to the oil furnace blowing up. This made myself and others think even less safe. I went to our sister’s condo in addition to calling the heating, ventilation, in addition to the A/C dealer. They were going to send an emergency team to the condo in addition to making it an emergency! An hour later, the heating, ventilation, and the A/C contractor called myself and others back. They had gone into the condo in addition to done an inspection of the condo in addition to the oil furnace. They found nothing wrong, however they detected the stink of gas in the condo in addition to outside. The heating, ventilation, and A/C serviceman wanted to call the gas contractor in addition to have them check their natural gas lines in the area, then he said this could be a widespread problem. If not for the heating, ventilation, in addition to A/C servicemen, several people could have lost their homes, in addition to possibly their lives.
