The past few Tuesdays at church, it has been much too warm inside the main building. I am not sure what could be going on with the HVAC system at our church, but something is easily wrong with it. The heating and cooling system that all of us have at church is 1 of those ductless mini chop systems that you may have seen in a gym or a bar. At our church, all of us have 2 odd ductless mini chop units, however one is installed at the back of the church and the other 1 is installed near the front of the church. Usually, the ductless mini chop units do a pretty wonderful job at heating and cooling the building. Usually the indoor air conditions inside of the building is just fine. I have just started noticing that over the past couple of weeks, the oil furnace runs way more than it easily needs to. I don’t think if it’s something that is easily wrong with the oil furnace or if it is just manual error. Usually, the pastor of the church is the 1 who sets the control unit settings. I don’t think if someone else is doing it because he has on holiday this month or what. All I really think is that they really need to do something about it because it has been miserably warm inside the church during our last 2 services. At 1 point, I easily felt care about getting up and leaving just so that I could go outside and get some fresh air. I’m afraid that our visitors might believe the same way!
