Last winter, I had some complaints with my gas furnaceâ€¦ Various rooms in the beach house felt slightly freezing plus adjusting the temperature control had little effect. There were significantly more contaminants circulating in the air plus accumulating on surfaces, forcing myself and others to vacuum plus dust far more frequently. I was convinced that the furnace was making more noise plus supplying less warm air. I noticed that it was starting up more often plus running for much longer cycles. An increase in my daily energy bill convinced myself and others to schedule repair from a local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier. The serviceman checked the gas furnace plus found nothing beyond a slight buildup of dust on the mechanisms. He then diagnosed the ductwork plus discovered the source of the problems. After blocking off the supply plus return registers, the serviceman hooked up a component that sent highly pressurized air into the system. The air contained adhesive, non-toxic polymer particles. As the air leaked out of imperfections, the particles clung to the edges, steadily built up plus formed an airslender seal. The whole process was completed in a couple of minutes plus created no disfigure, fumes or mess. The serviceman verified the results by way of a ipad program plus provided a certificate for a ten-year guarantee.
