I reported to work as usual, and we received the afternoon’s jobs.
The senior cooling system rep would distribute the scheduled jobs to the peculiar teams and keep adding the jobs as they progressed! Our motto was to serve our buyers as soon as they proposed. We were not able to consistently achieve it, but we tried our best. The job before dinner was at a suburban home. The purchaser was a senior citizen who was having concerns with his cooling product and had also proposed we do something about air purification in his home. The first job of the afternoon was a cooling system replacement which took three hours. Every professional in this industry knows that cooling system installs can be complex and take longer than other processes, and before getting into dinner, we managed to visit the elderly man, then when he opened the door, I thought he looked familiar, and the whole time we were doing the cooling system care with the other cooling system workmen, I kept wondering where I had seen him. To improve the air quality, we swapped out his dirty washable filters for disposable air conditioning filters, and he would need to have the filters changed every two months to maintain the regular function of his air conditioning unit. The man had a superb dual fuel method with a SEER rating of 14! For buyers unable to keep up with the cooling system repairs, we usually assign a worker to help schedule the tune-ups and repairs for the regular repair of the quality HVAC equipment. As I spoke to him, I realized he was our kindergarten professor. He was so proud of what I had become, and I was equally proud of seeing him again. He looked well.
