I recently had a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system installed into my home. But the place that the actual heat and a/c unit itself had to be placed was not a good one. It was right by my garden in the backyard. Having a central heating and air conditioning unit right by my garden was a potential health hazard if it were to leak freon or any of the dirty water into the garden. It could actually be quite toxic and deadly! So I had no choice but to call a construction company and arrange for a cement barrier and fence to be put around the central heating and air conditioning system unit for protection. This way if that were to ever happen, it could not leak into the garden. It would leak within the enclosed cement yard I would make for the central heating and air conditioning unit. This was going to cost me another additional investment. However because of the way my house was built I had no choice. It was either that or have no central heating and air conditioning unit! I did not want to have to go old school and get a furnace for my heating and several window air conditioning systems just to cool and heat my home. So making the additional investment to the construction company was all good and fine. I just had them bill my credit card for the work and I will be paying it all off over the next year or so.
