Winter lake house prep should include Heating and A/C service

It doesn’t take all that much really to seal the lake house up narrow in order to maximize the Heating and A/C heating efficiency

Getting ahead of things is turning out to be sort of the go to life hack I’ve been looking for all my life. I’m sort of just naturally lazy and it’s really genetic. I take after my Dad who spent most of her life inside the air conditioner while she paid someone else to take care of things. When I’m not inside the zone controlled Heating and A/C of my office, I love to be as easy and untroubled as possible. And I was super averse to doing the chores and service stuff that needed to be done. Instead, I sort of opted for an all out assault once things got so backed up and then all that stuff became important. I had the juice for that type of life for a bit. But once I hit my mid 40’s, that was over and I felt overwhelmed trying to live that sort of lifestyle. These afternoons, I’m getting stuff done along the way instead of waiting until pressing deadlines. This has really helped me with stress levels and getting stuff done right. Like, instead of laying in the Heating and A/C of my family room enjoying pigskin all weekend last fall, I got about the Winter prep for the house. It doesn’t take all that much really to seal the lake house up narrow in order to maximize the Heating and A/C heating efficiency. Yet, it makes such a pressing difference when it comes to the high cost of Heating and A/C heating. And once I have the lake house winterized, I simply call the Heating and A/C company to have the heating service done on the gas furnace to cap it all off.

a/c tune up
