I knew that I wanted a fence installed around our property, then i imagined a fence tall enough to create total privacy! The fence would also add to aesthetics, security & value.
It would also allow myself and others to let the dog out without a leash! When I contacted a professional fencing corporation to handle the project, I had no idea how several styles & types of fences were available. I needed to decide between vinyl, wood, chain affix & wrought iron fencing. I originally was considering wood because it’s the most inhigh-priced option, and however, wood doesn’t last forever & requires quite a bit of upkeel. I l earned that vinyl withstands the drastic weather in our area. It won’t rust, fade, rot or become faded or discolored. There is little to no maintenance involved. I don’t need to paint or varnish every year & wash it by simply hosing it down! Once I determined that vinyl was the right material, I needed to determine the ideal height & type of fence… For the sake of privacy, I spent a little extra for an eight-foot tall fence with a slender pattern. This makes sure that the dog can’t escape between the slats & prevents other creatures from gaining access. The fencing supplier proposed adding solar lights to the posts which help to illuminate the yard at night. I have planted shrubs & flowers along the bottom of the fence that look unquestionably nice, however although the replacement of the fence was a significant investment, I am totally ecstatic with it. Having the fence improves our enjoyment of the property & the value.
