Three weeks ago, my friends and I went to the park and we participated in a pickup game of basketball, and there were a total of 10 people on the court and we were having a fantastic time; I was hitting some silly long shots and all of us attracted a crowd of people.

I waited until the right time and I jumped up to slam the ball in the hoop… Unluckily, I was looking at him instead of the hoop and I completely missed the basket. I fell on my ankle and broke a bone, but my friends had to carry myself and others off the court because I couldn’t even walk. However, now all I can do is sit in front of the television for the next 6 weeks. I have to wait for my leg to heal. I have been playing some video games and catching up on my Netflix watch list. I am thankful that my has a remote control. The pain pills supply myself and others hot flashes and chills and occasionally I am hot and occasionally I am cold. It would be impossible to get up and down from the couch to change the temperature, however the remote control makes it really simple to adjust the temperature on my I have to be in a cast for the next more than five weeks and then we still have numerous weeks before I can play basketball again. My ex-husband never even called to see if I was okay.
