Going into new employment situations are interesting on a regular basis.
I have been doing it for a good part of my career. The company I happen to work for has sent me to numerous different locations that have struggled and need a new culture actually put in place. This has its advantages and shortcomings. For instance, I transport around all of the time. This has kept me from getting that perfectly Heating and Air Conditioning inspected office and property that I can settle down in. However, I have seen a good amount of the country and have made all kinds of lifelong friends along the way. A recent position was a particular one where a regional office was badly underperforming and I was to spend at least a year there getting things back in shape. When I started there the very first day, I could actually feel the tension in the air. And it wasn’t the new boss kind of tension. It was as though these people were miserable being around each other. Plus, the office was especially shabby and not up to any sort of professional level. I got started on that in no time. The office took up almost an entire floor of an enormous office building. There weren’t multiple offices and there was only a single Heating and Air Conditioning temperature control. This was not working very well at all. The first day, I reached out to the Heating and Air Conditioning people. Within that first week, they came in and overhauled the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment in order for there to be 6 different zones of Heating and Air Conditioning comfort. This small transport made a sizable change. The people there finally felt as though someone cared about them so it made it much easier to prefer each other.
